Alexis Alrich is a
composer of chamber, orchestral and choral music.
Her style is melodic, based in the classical tradition, with fresh influences from China, Javanese gamelan, Latin America and minimalism, woven into colorful narratives.
She was Composer in Residence for the San Francisco Choral Artists for the 2019-2020 season and had two pieces premiered by that ensemble.
